EUSS-Deadline-passed.--1536x864.jpg

The EUSS deadline has now passed, which means that any applications made after 30th June 2021 will be considered late applications and will require additional information.

For those who have not applied to the EU Settlement Scheme, you must make your application as soon as possible.

Further information about your changing rights can be found here

The EU Settlement Scheme was introduced by the UK Home Office to ensure that EU, EEA or Swiss Citizens could apply for the right to continue living and working in the UK after 30th June 2021.

In order to stay in the UK you must have started living here by 31/12/2020 and you must have completed an application before the deadline (30/06/2021).  You will also need to have completed an application for all your family members, including children, unless they are British citizens.

Failure to complete the application by the deadline will affect your ability to live and work in the UK, even if you've been living and working here for many years.

Apply through the UK Government website

In order to complete your application, you'll need:

  • National ID card or Passport

  • Email address & phone number

  • UK National Insurance number

It is free to apply and we can help you to complete the form if you are eligible.

Contact us if you'd like help with your application - admin@gyros.org.uk / 01493 745260.
