Through a drop-in, phone and email service, we provide FREE information, advice, guidance and advocacy on a range of topics, including but not limited to:​​

Please note: GYROS and all its services and activities will close from 30th July and reopen on 16th August. 

GYROS project workers speak Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Armenian and English. If you need advice, you are very welcome to contact us, no matter which language you speak.

Please send your name, contact phone number or email, brief summary of your enquiry, language spoken and one of our advisers will be in contact with you.  You can also book appointments through our Facebook page. 

Weekly face to face drop ins - no need to book. 

Ipswich - Mondays 10.00 -15.00  Volunteering Matters, Old Crown Court, Civic Drive, Ipswich, IP1 2DX.  

Great Yarmouth - Tuesdays 10.00 – 12.30 PrimeYarc (formerly, Debenhams), Market Gates, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2BG.

Thetford  - Thursdays 10.30 - 12.30 The Abbey Neighbourhood Centre, Exeter Way, Thetford, IP24 1EE.  

If you attend a drop in you will need to comply with Covid regulations, including social distancing and wearing a mask (unless you are exempt).
